We hope you all are enjoying this holiday season. We sure are.. We have had a very busy year with many NEW BEGINNINGS.
Maddie (6) has begun Kindergarten at Red Rock Elementary in Woodbury. She loves learning and is reading to us every night and writing sentences about her drawings. She loves her teacher and her friends at school. I often find her writing notes to give to her friends at school.:) She has begun her 4th year in dance lessons. She has some great moves! She also enjoys sunday school and small group. Maddie amazes me with how quickly she learns and how independent she is. She is mommy's best helper!
Hailey (3) has begun her first year of preschool 2 days a week and loves it! She enjoys playing babies with her friends and circle time. She has also begun dance class like big sister Maddie. Hailey amazes me with how she listens so well and just follows right along even though she is the tiniest one. She also loves playing with her sisters and playing mommy to her dollies. She has such a sweet little spirit and smile.
Khloe just turned 2 Dec. 10th and has begun potty training. She started using the potty on her own so we are now potty training. She loves following her sisters around. She loves dancing, playing toys, and coloring. She still goes to daycare and loves playing with her friends there as well. Khloe amazes me with how she keeps up with her sisters and her calm spirit.
Charity has begun a new job this year as a learning disabilities (SLD) special education teacher at Skyview Middle School. She loves her new job and her students and is enjoying a completely different type and pace of job. When she is not having princess parties with the girls, she continues to run with friends in a running group and has done a few 5Ks and a 10K this year. She also has a cooking club and takes cooking classes in her spare time.
Josh has begun a new business venture. He has bought the Inver Grove Heights Dairy Queen with 2 partners. He is extremely busy with his main career Olson Medical Billing. When he is not working he continues to play softball, football, and basketball throughout the year.
As a family we have had a fun year of princess days, beach days, picnics at the park, Mall of America trips, visiting Grandma Deb and Grandpa Paul at the farm, dance recitals, birthday parties at the cabin and Build a bear workshop, visits to the apple orchard, farmers market, soccer, T-ball, swimming, and theater lessons, Children's theater shows, and many many visits to Dairy Queen with many delicious blizzards. Mommy and daddy are celebrating their 10 year anniversary in Maui, Hawaii this month also. That is alot of new beginnings for our family in one year. We can hardly wait to see what is in store for us next year. Hope you have a memorable holiday season!
